September New Moon Meditation
Thursday | September 17th | 7pm-8pm | Live-streamed via Zoom
The New Moon represents a zero point where everything is possible. Let’s join together and journey inside ourselves to explore the inner landscape of the New Moon. We will give Presence to this vast, spacious place inside of us, and in this fertile space plant seeds for the movements of the next lunar cycle.
The Virgo New Moon on September 17, is the first in a line up of three Super New Moons over the coming months. Earlier this month Mars went into retrograde. With 2020 moving to a close the Mars retrograde will bring us to revisit some of the territories we were in earlier this year. Let’s gather to find stability in who we truly and create a firm foundation for these last transformative shifts of 2020.
The Zoom Live Stream New Moon meditation will have the following elements:
● Enter the sacred space with the mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
● Warm up your body & breathe
● Dive deep into Yoga + Meditation
● Deep Relaxation – be sure to bring your “nesting materials” i.e. pillow, blanket, eye cover etc. for this part

About the Instructor
Larisa Fai-Yengo (Radha Premdeep), IKYTA certified, RYT-200, BS in Chemical Engineering. My spiritual name, Radha Premdeep, means one who masters the path of divine love and light. Although I received this name at 37, I have been living into this calling all my life. I started practicing yoga when I was 15 using an Iyangar Yoga book my dear mother gave me. Ever since then I have been practicing yoga, and it has been a great source of healing and peace in my life. I am a wife to an absolutely amazing husband who has always supported me in my dreams to teach yoga, a mother of two lovely children who teach me every day about how to live a life rooted in joy and peace, and an engineer – a challenging, sedentary and stressful job that pushes me deeper into my yoga and meditation practice.
It is my prayer and hope that I can meet and walk with others to encourage and nurture fellow seekers along the spiritual path as they blossom in the beauty and radiance of their True Self.
