Congratulation Teacher Training Graduates!
“Anand Pritpal” (Earl)
Anand Pritpal can be translated to mean blissful through love, supporting, befriending, and protecting. I received my new spiritual name and was immediately drawn to it but hesitated to accept it was true. I always thought about myself that way but had not achieved it. Now, that is why and how I do yoga. I focus on Chanting, doing the deep inner work of subconscious healing; on Meditation, connecting to the knowledge of wisdom within yourself; Pranayam, building the strength of the spirit; and on enough asana to keep the body strong. The path of Yoga tells us we are meant to be happy in this life and that path is obtained by knowing the inner self, of being in touch with your soul. Yoga is not difficult, life without yoga is difficult. I had a career as a chemical engineer working in plants, on projects, and internationally. I learned the value of all people. I did counseling, deep emotional healing and I learned about the ways the societies of the world oppressed people. I did Iyengar yoga for 10 years’ and I have done Kundalini yoga for 10 years, and now have become a kundalini yoga teacher. I focus on what really makes a difference. It is not how long you have worked with something but how deeply and directly you have put your effort into it. Expect to find changes in yourself when you do yoga. I look forward to meeting you and being with you in kundalini yoga class.
“Atma Preetdev” (Scarlett)
Atma Preetdev Kaur is a devout teacher and student of Kundalini Yoga. Her spiritual name can be interpreted as, “The Princess/Lioness who experiences her angelic and divine soul through the power of God’s love.” She completed her training through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and is an RYT-220 Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Though a Vinyasa Yogini for several years, her relationship with Kundalini Yoga began after three wise strangers over the period of two months told her she should look into Kundalini Yoga, though before the first person mentioned it she had never even heard the word, “Kundalini.” After taking the stranger’s advice, she discovered that she had a natural tendency to move or hold her body in ways comparable to the Kundalini Yogis. From the moment she experienced her first class, she realized just how natural Kundalini Yoga felt and how deeply it resonated with her. Kundalini is familiar to her soul. Atma Preetdev signed up for the first available teacher training in her area and has felt centered in her path ever since. Her passion to lead and inspire a holistic lifestyle shines through every aspect of her nature. A lover of Ayurveda and Integrative Health, she is currently enrolled in university as a full-time student, working towards her goal of becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner with a focus in Integrative Medicine. Women’s health has a special place in her heart, coming from a lineage of midwives and birth workers, she herself is a DONA trained doula and loves to support her clients in their journey through natural pregnancy, labor, and post-natal rejuvenation. You’ll never catch her without a radiant, supportive smile. Atma Preetdev Kaur welcomes and looks forward to meeting you in her classes in Houston, Texas.
“Radha Premdeep” (Larisa)
Larisa Fai-Yengo (Radha Premdeep), IKYTA certified, RYT-200, BS in Chemical Engineering. My spiritual name, Radha Premdeep, means one who masters the path of divine love and light. Although I received this name at 37, I have been living into this calling all my life. I started practicing yoga when I was 15 using an Iyangar Yoga book my dear mother gave me. Ever since then I have been practicing yoga, and it has been a great source of healing and peace in my life. I am a wife to an absolutely amazing husband who has always supported me in my dreams to teach yoga, a mother of two lovely children who teach me every day about how to live a life rooted in joy and peace, and an engineer – a challenging, sedentary and stressful job that pushes me deeper into my yoga and meditation practice.
It is my prayer and hope that I can meet and walk with others to encourage and nurture fellow seekers along the spiritual path as they blossom in the beauty and radiance of their True Self.

“Tera Namjot Kaur” (Deanna)
Deanna McLean / Tera Namjot Kaur, born and raised in Texas, fell in love with Kundalini Yoga after attending several yoga retreats. In 2018, she completed her RYT-200 HR Teacher Training in Radiant Body Yoga with Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller. This training, located in Rishikesh, India, gave her a firm foundation in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa, pranayama, mantra, and meditation and proved to be transformational. To get a deeper understanding of Kundalini yoga she completed the International Kundalini Teachers Association (IKYTA-220) Level One Teacher Training in Houston in May 2020. A beloved spiritual teacher in India, expressed that one just does not go to India, they are called there by the Mother of the Ganga river. That is exactly how she feels about her Kundalini yoga practice, that she has been called to share her wonderful experience.
Kundalini was the yoga practice that healed and changed her molecular structure, answering the one question that used to weigh heavily on her, “Who Am I?” In year 2016, when she began a daily sadhana practice, she felt the deepening of her self-love and spiritual growth. From her past lineage, her life in the womb, and up to the present, yoga sadhana has been the most efficient tool to move and grow spiritually. Using the tools of kundalini yoga, stuck energy has been transcended and there is a new balance in the process of healing mind, body, and spirit from past traumas and unknown pain.
She would love for you to join her in class and have your own experience. These classes welcome a nice break from her Logistics office job in which she’s worked for over 30 years.
You are worth the time to go deep within, nurture your spirit, strengthen your body, and share some bubbling fun and laughs, all with a smile.
