As we put our roots into the earth during Taurus season and connect with Gaia’s energy, it is glorious to feel it flow throughout our entire being nourishing all of us, body, mind, and soul.
This is the season to practice being in the body, in present time, secure and grounded. From this grounded state, we reach and stretch our bodies and minds upwards and into the light.
Growing, stretching, expanding, strengthening, CREATING!
Many of us have been confined to smaller spaces over the past couple of months and have become less active during this ‘lockdown’ period. The flow of energy moving through us and through our lives may have slowed and become dense as it has congregated in parts of our body. We can feel a bit ‘too grounded’, sluggish, heavy, slow, stuck, not motivated, tired, discontent.
Energetic blockages can impede us in many ways and often appear as blockages in our life, leaving us stuck somewhere along our path. So this week, we will undertake yet another wonderful Kriya that nurtures our body by unsticking any stuck-i-ness!!! It’s called the Kriya for Removing Body Blocks and it’s a beautiful practice for restoring the flow of energy from our roots to our shoots!
Our meditation will continue this clearing process as we chant the Siri Mantra, aka the Magic Mantra, Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad, Ek Ong Kar. The sound current created by this mantra removes obstacles as it elevates one’s consciousness beyond duality.
As these practices dissolve blockages in our body, mental blocks, and emotional blocks, energy is released and space is created. Feel revitalized, and lighter!
As Yogi Bhajan stated with the 2nd Aquarian Sutra, There is a way through every block!
