New Moon Meditation | Surrender to the Flow with Sylvia
February 23, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm$15 – $20
Sunday | February 23rd | 7pm-9pm
New Moon is a time for birthing new visions and effecting change and growth in our lives.
The Pisces new moon is a phase where all streams return into the ocean and there is a realization of Oneness. This is an ideal time to find our own way of diving within and opening the space for feeling the presence of peace and love in and around us.
The universal force is constantly flowing like a massive river. When we can surrender to the flow of the universal river, our flow becomes one. We can experience peace, bliss, joy and oneness.
Join us as we come together in community to align with the Universal flow and open our hearts to experience the pure flowing spirit of Oneness and let it guide us in our life.

About the Instructor
Sylvia (spiritual name “Charan”) wears many hats — from IT Professional to wife, mother and grandmother. But her passion is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. After many years searching for self-healing, by practicing various forms of yoga, meditation and energy-related healing modalities, she found that the technology of Kundalini Yoga is what works for her. Her mission is to help others find what she found — deep healing on all levels, stress reduction, peace, and a better quality of life. Having begun her own yoga practice later in life, she feels that yoga can be practiced at any age and flexibility level, and wants to share the many benefits with others. Her specialty is gentle yoga, with inspiring music, meditation and relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong and crystal bowls. Sylvia is an IKYTA certified, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and teaches at Yoga Central on Tuesday evenings 6:30pm.
