About the Instructor
My Dream was to become a Broadway Actress since I can remember. However something deep down did not feel right, the lifestyle of an Actor was taking down a path that was destructive and suffered from depression more than I liked to admit. I moved to Houston about 4yrs ago and during that time I had a bad depression hit me. I meditated regularly to help me get out of that state of mind when I discovered A Course In Miracles and that is when the message of Kundalini entered my life. I had no idea what kundalini was but I knew I had to find it and learn all about it. Life took another turn and landed me in Austin where I got a job at Yoga Yoga and to my surprise they offered Kundalini classes and well the rest is history. I enrolled in the training a year later because I was tired of feeling depressed and not knowing what was wrong with me. I took the training to heal my soul and to truly befriend myself to my surprise my life has changed for the better. I would say I am now on a mission to help those that feel alone and depressed and show them there is a way to navigate through life with love and grace. As an Actor I wanted to help people find their voice and that mission has not changed. I believe that this technology needs to be shared with love and compassion. I am ready to do just that. During my time in Austin I was able to establish again two sadhana offerings in two of the Yoga Yoga locations. I would lead Friday Morning Sadhana and handed over Wednesday Morning to one of my classmates and till this day both offerings are holding on strong. I am ready to be of service please let me know how I can support the community here in Houston. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
