Happy Thursday! I hope you and your families are safe and sound.
Tonight’s class will focus on our health and balancing the Vayus of the body to bring an equilibrium to the entire glandular system.
May we all take time for ourselves today to practice some holistic technology that works on the nervous and glandular systems in the body moving energy up through the body from the root chakra to the crown chakra. There is a radiant energy that moves through the world and flows in each one of us. In the yogic tradition, this energy is called “prana,” our life force. We will regain a sense of stillness, flexibility, and spontaneous intuition, so that our energy becomes a perfect instrument of our soul. By the asanas use of angles and triangles, fueled by the breath and repetition, eye focus, and body locks, we are physically different by the end of the kriya, preparing ourselves for meditation. No words can truly explain your own experience.
Class details include: Tune-in Mantra to establish a sacred space within and all on the call: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO, a Pranayam, Brief Warm-ups, Kriya (a set of exercises and postures), Savasana and Meditation.

About the Instructor
Deanna McLean / Tera Namjot Kaur, born and raised in Texas, fell in love with Kundalini Yoga after attending several yoga retreats. In 2018, she completed her RYT-200 HR Teacher Training in Radiant Body Yoga with Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller. This training, located in Rishikesh, India, gave her a firm foundation in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa, pranayama, mantra, and meditation and proved to be transformational. To get a deeper understanding of Kundalini yoga she completed the International Kundalini Teachers Association (IKYTA-220) Level One Teacher Training in Houston in May 2020. A beloved spiritual teacher in India, expressed that one just does not go to India, they are called there by the Mother of the Ganga river. That is exactly how she feels about her Kundalini yoga practice, that she has been called to share her wonderful experience.
Kundalini was the yoga practice that healed and changed her molecular structure, answering the one question that used to weigh heavily on her, “Who Am I?” In year 2016, when she began a daily sadhana practice, she felt the deepening of her self-love and spiritual growth. From her past lineage, her life in the womb, and up to the present, yoga sadhana has been the most efficient tool to move and grow spiritually. Using the tools of kundalini yoga, stuck energy has been transcended and there is a new balance in the process of healing mind, body, and spirit from past traumas and unknown pain.
