The immune system is our body’s defense against disease, serving as our internal police force against unwanted bacteria, viruses and chemicals. Especially during cold and flu season, it’s important to have a strong immune system.
In this series, we’ll explore postures, breath exercises and meditations for building our body’s immune system. Learn about the immune system, what affects it, signs of it being at risk, and lifestyle changes to strengthen it.
Topics for discussion will include essential oils for the immune system, vitamins and supplements, diet, juicing and live foods, cleansing/detoxing and more!
All classes include discussion, pranayama, postures, meditation and relaxation to the gong and crystal bowls.
$10 per class – Attend one, some or all classes in this series.
