Full Super Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Meditation with Sylvia
January 20, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm$20 – $25
Full Super Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Meditation
January 20th | 7pm-9pm | $20 Early Registration | $25 Late Registration (unless sold out) | Register
We start 2019 with two eclipses! Still reeling from the new moon solar eclipse of January 5th, we will move into a full moon total lunar eclipse that will be visible to us (weather will be perfect for viewing). At the full moon, spiritual energies are uniquely available, making meditation especially potent. Lunar eclipses help us to release old thought forms that keep us stuck and block our access to the light and love of our soul. The January full moon is also a Super Moon, appearing larger and brighter because it’s closer to the Earth.
This Leo full moon/lunar eclipse brings heightened energy for healing and awakening the heart. We’ll take advantage of these energies with gentle, heart-opening yoga to prepare us for meditation. Then we’ll harness the energies of this special full moon and direct this energy for healing. Join us as we use the energies of the full moon, this very special total lunar eclipse, the power of a group, and the power of intention to heal ourselves, our loved ones, and our planet… and launch us into the next phase of our journey!
The evening will include gentle and meditative yoga, essential oils, powerful healing meditation, gong bath with crystal bowls, deep relaxation, refreshments and fellowship. All are welcome! No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
$20 early registration price thru Jan 19th (closed)
$25 late registration price on Jan 20th until sold out (Hurry: Only a few tickets left before we are full to capacity!)

About the Instructor
Sylvia (spiritual name “Charan”) wears many hats — from IT Professional to wife, mother and grandmother. But her passion is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. After many years searching for self-healing, by practicing various forms of yoga, meditation and energy-related healing modalities, she found that the technology of Kundalini Yoga is what works for her. Her mission is to help others find what she found — deep healing on all levels, stress reduction, peace, and a better quality of life. Having begun her own yoga practice later in life, she feels that yoga can be practiced at any age and flexibility level, and wants to share the many benefits with others. Her specialty is gentle yoga, with inspiring music, meditation and relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong and crystal bowls. Sylvia is an IKYTA certified, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and teaches at Yoga Central on Tuesday evenings 6:30pm.
