December Full Moon Meditation with Sylvia – Release 2020!
December 29, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday | Dec 29th | 6:30pm-8pm | Live-Streamed via Zoom | Register
Full moons are about healing and releasing what no longer serves us. The December full moon in the emotional sign of Cancer whispers to us to let go of the weight we’ve been carrying. We’re being called within… to listen to the needs of our body, heart and soul. There has been much attention and fear placed on the state of our health this year, so let’s take time to pause, to honor, nourish and attend to our own well-being.
Join Sylvia on this final Full Moon Meditation of 2020 as we harness the energies of the full moon, the power of a group, and the power of intention to heal ourselves, our loved ones and our planet!
This meditation will be live-streamed via Zoom. Click the Zoom Registration link below to register. Once registered, you will receive a link to join the class.

About the Instructor
Sylvia (spiritual name “Charan”) wears many hats — from IT Professional to wife, mother and grandmother. But her passion is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. After many years searching for self-healing, by practicing various forms of yoga, meditation and energy-related healing modalities, she found that the technology of Kundalini Yoga is what works for her. Her mission is to help others find what she found — deep healing on all levels, stress reduction, peace, and a better quality of life. Having begun her own yoga practice later in life, she feels that yoga can be practiced at any age and flexibility level, and wants to share the many benefits with others. Her specialty is gentle yoga, with inspiring music, meditation and relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong and crystal bowls. Sylvia is an IKYTA certified, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and teaches at Yoga Central on Tuesday evenings 6:30pm.
