The three classes this month will put us on a path of feeling good, being prepared to expand, and moving forward to reach our goals. Don’t be confused. You are more than you can ever imagine. Go for your bliss.
On Thursday, April 15, 2021 we will dive into the power of Yogic breathing from the navel with ‘Pavan Guru Mantra Pranayam’ and the ‘Sodarshan Chakra Kriy’a. Converting our breath into the energy and force, the prana, that allows us to be confident and to present ourselves in a positive way.
On Thursday, April 22, 2021 we will use the ‘Meditation to Open the Heart’ and ‘Open Lotus Heart Meditation’ to open our hearts and give us the power and the wisdom to accomplish anything we want.
On Thursday, April 29, 2021 we will use the ‘Doei Shabd Kriya’, the ‘Complete Adi Mantra’, and the ‘Ek Ong Kar Laya Yoga Mantra’ to create awareness. Awareness of who we are and awareness of what we want. Awareness to will create our bliss.
In these classes we will be working with Asana, Chanting, Pranayam, Meditation and Relaxation.
You will leave invigorated and relaxed and prepared to move forward.
All are welcome.
These will be Zoom classes taught on selected Thursdays on April 15th, 22nd, 29th.

About the Instructor
Anand Pritpal can be translated to mean blissful through love, supporting, befriending, and protecting. I received my new spiritual name and was immediately drawn to it but hesitated to accept it was true. I always thought about myself that way but had not achieved it. Now, that is why and how I do yoga. I focus on Chanting, doing the deep inner work of subconscious healing; on Meditation, connecting to the knowledge of wisdom within yourself; Pranayam, building the strength of the spirit; and on enough asana to keep the body strong. The path of Yoga tells us we are meant to be happy in this life and that path is obtained by knowing the inner self, of being in touch with your soul. Yoga is not difficult, life without yoga is difficult. I had a career as a chemical engineer working in plants, on projects, and internationally. I learned the value of all people. I did counseling, deep emotional healing and I learned about the ways the societies of the world oppressed people. I did Iyengar yoga for 10 years’ and I have done Kundalini yoga for 10 years, and now have become a kundalini yoga teacher. I focus on what really makes a difference. It is not how long you have worked with something but how deeply and directly you have put your effort into it. Expect to find changes in yourself when you do yoga. I look forward to meeting you and being with you in kundalini yoga class.
