Are you holding on to things that are blocking your path to happiness? Whether it be emotional baggage, toxic relationships, or even possessions, isn’t it time to let go and start anew? We’ll use the technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditation to facilitate letting go of negative emotions so you can feel peace, joy, and connect with your Divine essence.
All classes include discussion, essential oils, yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong and crystal bowls.

Essentials of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Series with Sat Siri
Wednesdays | May 2nd – June 27th | 7:30pm-8:45pm
What is it that heals? How do we begin to heal ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally? What is the meaning of life? What about healing others?
Beginners are encouraged to attend; everyone is welcome! The focus will be on experiencing yoga’s healing potential for ourselves and others. In this series, we will explore the specific breath-work, mantras, yoga sequences and meditations for experiencing the Self within – the source of all happiness and healing – and its application as a healing modality.

Spring Pranayama Kundalini Yoga Series with Kalyan Darshan

In this final month of Spring, the element of AIR, the Vayu Tattva is most abundant. In this series we will turn our awareness to the breath, fill our body with it’s life giving prana, bringing forth clarity and peace of mind.
The SUN now shines upon air sign GEMINI, a curious thinking archetype associated with the mind, duality, mental agility, communication and the nervous system.
Our practice in this series will feature specific Kundalini Yoga Pranayama (breath-work), Kriyas & Mantras for de-cluttering the mind and reducing mental chatter, cultivating peace with the neutral mind, improving communication effectiveness, gaining clarity and improving concentration, becoming more aware of our True selves and purpose, strengthening the nervous system and purifying the lungs andfor relaxation and stress reduction. Each class includes Kundalini Yoga Kriya, Pranayama, Healing Gong Bath and Mantra Meditation.
