The immune system is our body’s defense against disease, serving as our internal police force against unwanted bacteria, viruses and
chemicals. Especially during this time of Covid, cold and flu season, it’s vitally important to have a strong immune system. We’ll explore postures, breath exercises and meditations for building our body’s immune system, learn about the immune system, what affects it, signs of it being at risk, and lifestyle changes to strengthen it.
