Tuesday Mornings with Savitri Seema
Tuesdays | 10am-11:15am
Join Savitri Seema Tuesday mornings for yoga followed by mantra & meditation for healing, stress relief & alignment.
Not only do we have our chakras we want to keep open and balanced, we also have ten bodies (an extension to our chakras and subtle anatomy system), and our prana and apana breath energy channels that we want to keep balanced as well. Every Tuesday morning we will get the energy channels in our bodies moving and flowing correctly in the proper channels and proportions with warm-ups and a physical yoga set. Then we will delve deep into meditation bringing your mind, body, and spirit in complete communication and synchronization for healing, stress relief, and alignment.

Kundalini Yoga for a Healthy Immune System with Sylvia
Tuesday evenings in January | 6:30pm-8pm
The immune system is our body’s defense against disease, serving as our internal police force against unwanted bacteria, viruses and chemicals. Especially during cold and flu season, it’s important to have a strong immune system. In this series, we’ll explore postures, breath exercises and meditations for building our body’s immune system, learn about the immune system, what affects it, signs of it being at risk, and lifestyle changes to strengthen it.
All classes include discussion, hand-outs loaded with information, pranayama, yoga, meditation, essential oils, and deep relaxation to the sound vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls. Topics for discussion will include: Essential oils for the immune system; Vitamins, herbs and supplements; Diet that supports a healthy immune system; Juicing and live foods; Cleansing/detoxing; and more! Kundalini Yoga & Mantra Meditation with Kalyan Darshan

Kundalini yoga mantras are a key ingredient in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Chanting and singing mantra generates a healing sonic formula that soothes, balances and rejuvenates. Each mantra has a specific purpose and energetic vibration that literally tunes us whilst resonating its benevolence into the fabric of our lives. Mantra meditations take us on an inward journey of self-discovery and they assist us to focus our mind for reaching deeper meditative states. In a class setting, mantra meditations create an uplifting group energy. It’s a powerful way to meditate at the end of a Kundalini Yoga class!
Evening Meditation & Gong with Saati

Join Saati to experience the YOU within you through the practice of Kundalini Yoga (the Yoga of Awareness) & Meditation. Thursday evenings are usually light on yoga and deep in meditation. This way, we cultivate a deep strength and neutral, meditative mind attuned to intuitive intelligence.
Each class theme is designed to the serve the need of the group. In Kundalini Yoga, we have thousands of kriyas to call upon in order to heal, balance, elevate, deliver whatever is needed at the moment.
