Aquarian Sadhana with Alicia Santpal
Saturdays | August 13th and September 10th | 4:30am-7am
We are happy to share that we will be offering Aquarian Sadhana at the Guru Ram Das Ashram. This is open to all.
The Aquarian Sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yoga communities across the world. Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness and amplifies the impact of meditation.
Begins at 4:30am and continues until 6:30am or 7am. Tea and fellowship afterwards.
There is no charge for this event.
What is Sadhana?
Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. For Kundalini yogis, morning sadhana forms the backbone of the entire practice and helps to raise the Kundalini energy and bring self-awareness. Typically this includes reciting Japji (Sikh prayer), a Kundalini Yoga kriya and chanting the Aquarian Mantras.

About the Teacher
Alicia (Santpal) entered the Ashram 20 years ago seeking a solution for her back pain. She found solutions for her pain and mobility but unexpectedly found God in that space. She explored various yoga practices but always comes back home to Kundalini at the Ashram. There is something profoundly spiritual in the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan that isn’t present in other modalities. She’s been a yoga practitioner more than half her life. Today she is a Yoga Teacher and a Holistic Herbalist. When offered an opportunity to lead Sadhana and give back to the community that has given abundantly to her, she was eager and honored to serve.
