About the Instructor
Saati studied directly with and worked for Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. For 11 years, she lived and studied intensely in an ashram/spiritual community gaining a deep experience and understanding of community, serving, yogic teachings, meditation. Since the late 90s, Satmitar has studied the ancient healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan with Master Guru Dev Singh Khalsa.
Current Focus: healing and teaching through these sacred teachings; building a larger Kundalini Yoga Teacher Base in Houston through KRI Level 1 & 2 courses, growing community; producing collaborative creative yogic-based events; and expanding her artistic expression into a thriving business.
Over the years, Saati has held a wide variety of positions from representing 3HO Foundation at the United Nations, Philanthropy, Event Production, Community Development and much more.
Her Masters Degree in Education + Spirituality & Ethics as well as her 20 years of experience is relevant in providing spiritual yet practical solutions for personal healing.
She teaches regular weekly classes, workshops, special meditations, private and small groups – retreats coming soon!
