Sadhana, an early morning practice of yoga, meditation and prayer, is a spiritual discipline for refining the consciousness, maintaining vitality and connecting to the sacred dimension of self and God. Sadhana gives us the clarity to see and enjoy our human experience and our connection to everything in creation – through spirit – no matter what path we have been placed on by the hands of grace.

The focus will be on experiencing the mantras and meditation of the Aquarian Sadhana. The first seven weeks we will practice the yoga set originally taught by Yogi Bhajan for morning sadhana in 1971 and a different meditation/mantra from The Aquarian Sadhana. During the final two weeks, we will explore special sadhanas given by Yogi Bhajan.
