Journey through the Chakras with Sylvia

Chakras are like steering wheels that guide us through life. If one wheel is out of balance, we may wobble this way or that out of control. Opening and balancing the chakras opens the senses, integrates them into a network that can relate to the larger source field of energy from which we came and to which we return. The exercises, pranayam, and meditations in this series focus on balancing the chakras and clearing the blocks to the free natural flowing energy through them, resulting in balancing and maximizing the functioning of the body, mind and spirit. Essentials of Kundalini Yoga – Aquarian Sadhana Yoga & Mantras with Sat Siri
Wednesday Evenings 7:30pm-8:45pm
“Sadhana, an early morning practice of yoga, meditation and prayer, is a spiritual discipline for refining the consciousness, maintaining vitality and connecting to the sacred dimension of self and God. The focus of this series will be on experiencing the mantras and meditation of the Aquarian Sadhana. The first seven weeks we will practice the yoga set originally taught by Yogi Bhajan for morning sadhana in 1971 and a different meditation/mantra from The Aquarian Sadhana. During the final two weeks, we will explore special sadhanas given by Yogi Bhajan. For more information click here.
Evening Meditation & Gong Therapy

All are welcome to Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, guided by Satmukh Singh. Satmukh brings asanas/postures, relaxation, and meditation to every healing Kundalini Yoga gathering in a simple and easy to understand class presentation. Let’s remember the Gong Bath … Wahe Guru!
