Healing from Trauma with Stacey/Satmitar
Monday evenings 6:30pm-7:45pm

Every Monday 6:30pm-7:45pm in September, we will focus on HEALING the Healing from Traumatrauma, anxiety, fear, shock and anger caused by Hurricane Harvey or anything else.

Classes will include:

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to heal crisis
  • Gong Therapy to soothe the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Essential oils to calm and uplift

Journey through the Chakras with Sylvia

 Chakras are like steering wheels chakra-lightbodythat guide us through life. If one wheel is out of balance, we may wobble this way or that out of control.  Opening and balancing the chakras opens the senses, integrates them into a network that can relate to the larger source field of energy from which we came and to which we return. The exercises, pranayam, and meditations in this series focus on balancing the chakras and clearing the blocks to the free natural flowing energy through them, resulting in balancing and maximizing the functioning of the body, mind and spirit. Essentials of Kundalini Yoga for These Times of Crisis with Sat Siri

While most people who are involved in disasters recover with the support of PrayerPoseImagetheir families, friends and colleagues, the effects on some people’s health, relationships and well-being can be extensive and sustained. Flooding can challenge the resilience of the hardiest of people who are affected.
This 13 week series will highlight simple yoga sets and meditations which are effective in helping us:
