Healing from Trauma Series: Release the Anxiety, Fear, Anger

Every Monday 6:30pm-7:45pm through OCTOBER 16th, we will focus on HEALING trauma, anxiety, fear, shock and anger, deep stress patterns.

Classes will include:

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to heal crisis
  • Gong Therapy to soothe the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Essential oils to calm and uplift

  • Dates: 10.2, 10.9, 10.16
  • Everyone is welcome
  • Drop-ins are welcome | $10 cash
  • If it is easier to pay up front for the series  (rather than individually for each class), register here
  • Doors open at 6
  • Wear comfortable clothing
