Join Savitri Seema Tuesday mornings for yoga followed by mantra & meditation for healing, stress relief & alignment.

Not only do we have our chakras we want to keep open and balanced, we also have ten bodies (an extension to our chakras and subtle anatomy system), and our prana and apana breath energy channels that we want to keep balanced as well.
Every Tuesday morning we will get the energy channels in our bodies moving and flowing correctly in the proper channels and proportions with warm-ups and a physical yoga set. Then we will delve deep into meditation bringing your mind, body, and spirit in complete communication and synchronization for healing, stress relief, and alignment.
In Kundalini Yoga, you may find that we practice a combination of the physical aspects of yoga involving posture and other types of exercises in addition to, a lot of “inner work” too using mantra and meditation. Each class is designed to encourage bringing a deeper awareness to your body, mind, and spirit to become more conscious about you, your environment, your relationships, and your needs. With this awareness you can begin to make positive lifestyle changes and become clearer about your mind and emotions to be able to live at your highest and fullest potential. So not only will we be working with posture and other types of physical exercises, we will meditate to dump the garbage you’ve accumulated in your mind and body on your own or from others and to stay in tune with that inner guide that always leads you in the right direction and toward the right decisions.
About the Instructor
Savitri refers to the goddess of wisdom and knowledge. Seema means limitless. All females receive the name Kaur – the Princess/Lioness of God who walks with grace and strength throughout her life.
Savitri Seema became an adult at a very young age having her son at the age of 18. She graduated high school a year early due to her pregnancy and attended some college while working full-time as a young mother. She launched her very first business at the age of twenty-two selling handmade fragrances and beauty products to stores across the country and online. Her life currently evolves around her son, business, her closest friendships, and her family.
In 2017 she discovered kundalini yoga by coming across a meditation video on YouTube. And once she discovered classes in Houston, she was automatically hooked. She is now certified as a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor applying these practices in all aspects of her life: work and relationships.
Savitri Seema focuses on teaching students the things most people have never been taught growing up – like fully processing emotions and feelings with effective methods for self-healing. She wants to utilize Yogi Bhajan’s teachings on how to manage the stresses of our work and balancing work relationships in our day-to-day lives. And she aims to bring conscious awareness to our minds, bodies, hearts and environments to release what we don’t need and/or reprogram unhealthy habits, behaviors, and thought patterns to be able to reach our highest potential and live deeply meaningful, successful, and fulfilled lives.
