All are welcome to Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, guided by Satmukh Singh. Satmukh brings asanas/postures, relaxation, and meditation to every healing Kundalini Yoga gathering in a simple and easy to understand class presentation.
Let’s remember the Gong Bath … Wahe Guru! Satmukh, an experienced Yogi and musician/percussionist makes the gong sing and cry to further relax, calm and balance the nervous system.
