The first step in awakening the heart is developing unconditional compassion for ourselves.

If we are willing to stand fully in our own shoes and never give up on ourselves, then we will be able to put ourselves in the shoes of others and never give up on them. The focus of this 4 week series will be on experiencing yoga and meditation practices for the heart chakra.
December 6: Accept Yourself
December 13: Open Your Heart
December 20: Awaken Compassion
December 27: Essence of Self, One Spirit
Beginners are encouraged to attend, everyone is welcome! Classes will incorporate the breath-work, postures, movements, mudras, mantras, relaxation and meditation practices of Kundalini Yoga for the heart chakra.
$30 for 4 class series, or $10 per class. Drop-ins welcome!
