The immune system is our body’s defense against disease, serving as our internal police force against unwanted bacteria, viruses and chemicals. Especially during cold and flu season, it’s important to have a strong immune system.
In this series, we’ll explore postures, breath exercises and meditations for building our body’s immune system, learn about the immune system, what affects it, signs of it being at risk, and lifestyle changes to strengthen it.
All classes include discussion, hand-outs loaded with information, pranayama, yoga, meditation, essential oils, and deep relaxation to the sound vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls. Topics for discussion will include: Essential oils for the immune system; Vitamins, herbs and supplements; Diet that supports a healthy immune system; Juicing and live foods; Cleansing/detoxing; and more!

**Note: New moon and full moon meditations will be held on January 16th and 30th in lieu of Tuesday evening class.
