Essentials of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

While most people who are involved in disasters recover with the support of their families, friends and colleagues, the effects on some people’s health, relationships and well-being can be extensive and sustained. Flooding can challenge the resilience of the hardiest of people who are affected.
This 13 week series will highlight simple yoga sets and meditations which are effective in helping us:
– Get through challenging times,
– Keep our spirits aligned in a powerful projection of healing,
– Strengthen our nervous system,
– Connect with our breath,
– Maintain our balance,
while meeting the demands of accelerated personal and global change.
Beginners are encouraged to attend, everyone is welcome! Classes will incorporate the breath-work, postures, movements, mudras, mantras, relaxation and meditation practices of Kundalini Yoga for times of crisis.
